The King Park Public School difference
A strong start
Our school is built on a genuine commitment to every student’s wellbeing and sense of belonging. We celebrate diversity as one of our greatest strengths, embracing the different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives that enrich our community. Students are supported to thrive through varied opportunities in and beyond the classroom, including public speaking, creative arts, sport, and leadership.
Growth in the classroom and beyond
Every classroom is filled with quiet potential—students who may not yet see the brilliance others see in them, learners who are still discovering what they’re capable of. As educators, we hold something powerful: the ability to shape not only what students learn, but how they see themselves as learners. One of the most transformative ways to do this is by nurturing a growth mindset.
We offer our students a wide range of subjects and opportunities. This empowers them to learn, develop skills, and discover their passions.
Support for every family
Parents, families, and carers are a child’s earliest and most influential teachers. When families and schools collaborate, children’s learning experiences are strengthened.
Learning and wellbeing partnerships involve parents, carers, schools, and communities working together so every parent can actively support their child’s learning, participation in the school community, involvement in sport, and social development. Our teachers and learning wellbeing support teams work with our families to acheive this.
