The Check Up Bear program, run by medical students from the University of Notre Dame, aims to promote childhood health and reduce anxiety children may have about visiting the doctor.
Students from kinder to year 2 used their teddy bears as patients as they tried out stethoscopes, blood pressure monitors and tweezers.
The interactive sessions also covered wht to do in an emergency, basic first aid and the importance of hand washing and healthy eating.
